Yes, we got our first skift of snow yesterday and it has remained cold enough that it is not melting away. I’m kind of depressed about it because I hate being cold but on the same token my holiday spirit has never felt more intense! I want to drag the christmas decorations out and start going crazy. I do have a busy week ahead of me so decorating will have to wait until the LAST week of november.
What I am going to do in lieu of decorating is BAKE! I have printed off a recipe for peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies (find it here) and am about to get my bitch-on in the kitchon.
Nolan has been keeping himself busy with creating new wii mii characters and boxing every once in awhile- so that ought to give me a lot of freedom in the kitchen.

Hi Jen, Even we had snow flakes today way down here in Virginia. I put a fire in the woodstove and also felt like cooking and getting out Christmas decor.BTW, I’ve moved over to WordPress too but I’m having trouble moving over my previous posts. They are permanently linked to typepad and once I shut that down the links will be invalid. Oh well.

Hi Jenn, thanks for giving me your new blog address….I don’t visit everyone every week, but I do like to stop in and see how things are going….and I love to see the pictures of Paige and Nolan….they are getting big….I can just see Nolan boxing with Wii….My daughter brought her game over at one of our gatherings, and I was trying the bowling, and swung back, and hit my poor doggie Max in the eye, right on his tumor…he has a tumor on his eyelid, but I knocked half of it off….Yikes….but he survived. I think I was more upset than he was… LOL….my trees are up all three because my computer was down, and in the fixit shop….so I started to decorate….I don’t know why, because I hardly ever have anyone over….my friends are coming over tonight, but usually no one sees my trees, except me, and I guess thats what’s important…..we always have Christmas at my daughter Lisa’s house it’s big, and the kids love to play with nerf guns….not just kids, but even their moms and dads play….I just snap the pictures….well I’m rattling on, so I’ll say good bye for now, and you too have a Happy Thanksgiving…. hugs to the kids, judy
